Such a happy day with a great auction result past vendor’s reserve with 4 bidders. There were two groups of bidders who fought till the end.
Most people know me as a buyer advocate but here my role is as a vendor advocate, where I use my industry experience to help sellers select the best real estate agents, investigate the market, structure the sales campaign, review the advertising and marketing, assess external consultants such as home stylists etc and provide independent advice to the sellers throughout the whole campaign.
Many sales campaign go sour or sellers get shortchanged and disadvantaged due to limited exposure to the often opaque and deceptive real estate industry masked by facades and lies.
