I have access not only to online sources, but also off-market listings, liquidation sales, and contacts with builders and property developers. With these research tools, plus a generous amount of experience, I make sure my clients are aware exactly how much a property is worth and how to avoid overpaying.
I make it my business to know the market pulse. I am in the real estate market 7 days a week and understand the cycle of demand, supply, the impact of interest rates and overseas investment on property prices and what factors shape the market.
I have worked in 5 architectural firms in Australia and abroad. I graduated with two degrees from the University of Melbourne—a Bachelor of Planning & Design (Dean’s Honours List) and a Bachelor of Architecture with Honours. With an architectural and interior design background, I bring a unique perspective to property investment that separates me from my peers. I am able to provide added value to my clients from my experience in these areas. In addition, with a significant increase in property buyers from Asia coming to Australia due to our favourable conditions, my Asian heritage has become an asset in building relationships with this new wave of buyers.
